Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to supplements, coffee, and consumable health and wellness products sold through Concordia Vitality and fulfilled by our suppliers.

Shipping Policy

Our supplements and coffee are made and fulfilled on demand through our fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer products prepared specifically for each order.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 1–5 business days for processing and fulfillment before shipping.

Shipping Times

United States: Estimated delivery is typically 2–4 business days after fulfillment.
International orders: Shipping availability and delivery estimates vary by destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided when your order ships.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements of their destination country. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply.

Concordia Vitality is not responsible for orders rejected or refused by customs because of destination-country import restrictions or requirements. Refunds are not issued for orders rejected by customs.

Returns and Refunds

Concordia Vitality does not accept physical returns or offer refunds or exchanges for coffee, supplements, or consumable health and wellness products.

Because these products are custom-branded and produced or fulfilled on demand, all sales are final once delivered, except in cases involving eligible fulfillment errors, damaged products, defective products, or incorrect items.

What We Do Not Refund

We do not issue refunds for:

Changes of Mind or Buyer's Remorse: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because you change your mind or no longer want the product.
Incorrect Orders: Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Customs Rejection: Customers are responsible for understanding their country's import regulations. Orders rejected by customs are not eligible for refunds.
Unclaimed Packages: Packages returned because they were not collected or claimed may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

Defective, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please provide:

Your order number.
A brief description of the problem.
Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect item.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, the fulfillment provider will either:

Issue a full refund, or
Send a replacement at no additional cost.

Approved refunds or replacements are handled according to the applicable fulfillment provider's policies. Replacements are generally arranged within 3 business days after approval.

Lost Packages

Lost-package claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and are subject to the fulfillment provider's requirements and review.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges may apply for reshipment.

If a package is returned to the fulfillment provider because of an insufficient address or failure to claim it, reshipment arrangements and costs will be handled according to the applicable fulfillment provider's policies.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after submission. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
